Although anyone (over 18 years of age) may purchase raffle tickets (as many as they like)… however the winner (prospective transferee) must complete an ATF Form 4473, and must be approved to receive the gun.
If you are unable to pick up the gun in person, and the gun needs to be shipped… you will need to pay for any shipping and handling charges. ALSO… the gun can only be shipped to your local FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) where you will need to complete, and pass, an ATF Form 4473 (ATF form to transfer a firearm). BOTH these actions may cost you as much as $100.00 or more depending on distance shipped, and your local FFL charge (could be less also).
Shipping of any gun is limited to the 48 contiguous United States.
If less than 700 tickets are sold (for each gun), KYGHA reserves the right to extend the drawing date to the annual banquet date of sometime in February 2025.
IF, more than the 700 tickets (#4 above) are sold prior to the initial drawing date of 12/14/2024, online ticket sales will close on 5:00p on 12/13/2024.
